Add Your Voice to the 2017 Annual Conference

by Rev. Anne Lange MDiv BCC
 APC™ Forum, February 2017, Vol. 19 No. 1
Our conference goals, empower leadership, champion diversity and claim our story, will be a common thread throughout our PDI and Workshop offerings.  Conference is a fabulous time to expand our learning palette as well as be emboldened to use our voice in chaplaincy.
There are more than 40 workshop (90 minute) opportunities and 15 Professional Development Intensives to participate in. This year we are offering 2 workshops after our Saturday afternoon plenary by the panel speakers (make sure your register early for these because these workshops will fill up!!). As a committee we wanted to ensure your learning both in the day to day tasks of chaplaincy, patient care/satisfaction, self care and team management skills and broader themes found in our care of people with regards to diverse populations, finding ourselves in leadership roles and being able to tell our story. Find more information about REGISTRATION HERE
The annual conference poster presentation cocktail hour has become increasingly more popular and professionally competitive. We are still accepting proposals for the poster presentation until February 21, 2017 and will be selecting the top proposals for the conference. Visit here to learn more about how to SUBMIT POSTER PROPOSAL.
We hope that this year’s PDI’s, Workshops and Posters will equip you to use your Powerful Voice of Chaplaincy in Houston this year!
