| The Finance Committee, in consultation with the Executive Officer(s), oversees the financial aspects of the association, including the preparation of an annual budget for approval of the APC Board of Directors, recommendation of financial policies and procedures, and review of financial statements on a regular basis. Membership of the Finance Committee includes the Executive Officer(s) and the Treasurer as ex-officio members. |
