The Hyatt Regency DFW is the site of the 2011 Annual Conference, located in Dallas at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. $109 (rate includes complimentary internet access in the guest room, complimentary airport transportatiion to and from DFW Airport) single/double/triple/quad occupancy per night plus state and local taxes (currently 12%). |  | Conference rates are available until Tuesday, March 8, 2011, subject to room availability. After that date, availability of rooms or rate cannot be guaranteed. Attendees may choose an extended hotel stay at the guaranteed conference rates from March 22 - 29, 2011 based on availability. When making reservations by phone, please reference “Association of Professional Chaplains conference” to obtain our guaranteed conference room rates. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Guest room rates will not be adjusted at the time of check-in or check-out for those who do not reserve the APC conference rate. All guests will be required to present a valid credit card or full cash payment at time of check-in. No checks will be accepted at check-in.

Conference Hotel Discount Stay at the Hyatt Regency DFW and get a discount on your conference registration fee. Conference participants who book sleeping rooms at the conference hotel support the conference by keeping meeting room and other costs down, saving APC and conference attendees thousands of dollars. Therefore, in the spirit of fairness, APC is giving all those who support the conference by staying at the Hyatt Regency DFW a discount of $135 off their full conference registration fee. The discount will also be extended to locals who work or live within 50 miles of the hotel, as they may be commuting to the conference. To receive the discount, you must be registered at the Hyatt Regency DFW and provide your confirmation number, or you must have a local work/home zip code.

Roommate Referral [back to top]
The APC national office is again pleased to facilitate a roommate referral service for all conference attendees. E-mail your name, gender, dates seeking a roommate, phone number (work and cell preferred) and e-mail address to Donna Kraar at donna@professionalchaplains.org. You will receive a bi-weekly list of potential roommates whom you may contact to discuss the suitability of rooming together.

There are two airport options when flying into the Dallas Area. Hyatt Regency DFW Hotel is located at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Dallas Love’s Field Airport (DAL) is located 19 miles from the Hyatt Regency DFW. Please note that guests who have registered accommodations at the Hyatt Regency DFW receive complimentary transportation to and from DFW Airport terminals. Hyatt Regency DFW does NOT service Dallas Love’s Field Airport.
