  With his belief that names are of profound significance, Chaplain Robert Kidd BCC at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX, found a creative way to learn the names of staff members on his clinical units. What he found as a result was the deepening of staff relationships and a more complete integration into the interdisciplinary team.
