The 2018 APC/NACC Joint Conference will take place in the Anaheim Marriott. Conference Hotel Rates and Reservations
 
APC and NACC have reserved a block of guest rooms for our attendees at the discounted rate of $159 per night for up to 2 persons plus state and local taxes (currently 17%). This rate includes complimentary Internet access in the guest rooms. When you book your reservation, the hotel requires a first night's deposit, refundable up to five days in advance of your arrival date. Rooms with this special rate are limited, so please make your reservations early.

You may also make reservations by phone at 1-888-236-2427. When making reservations by phone, please tell them you are attending the APC/NACC Joint Conference in order to receive the special APC/NACC rate.
 
This rate is valid until June 17, 2018, subject to room availability. Make your reservations early.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations must be made through the Anaheim Marriott, Anaheim, CA. Reservations made with third-party venders such as Orbitz, Hotels.com, Priceline and others will not be accepted as they are not affiliated with the APC/NACC hotel block. It is the hotel block that allows the waiver of meeting room fees.
 

Conference Hotel Discount
 
Stay at the Anaheim Marriott and get a discount on your conference registration fee. Conference participants who book sleeping rooms at the conference hotel support the conference by keeping meeting room and other costs down, saving APC/NACC and conference attendees thousands of dollars. Therefore, in the spirit of fairness, we are giving all those who support the conference by staying at the Anaheim Marriott a discount of up to $159 off their full conference registration fee. The discount will also be extended to locals whose mailing address is within 50 miles of the Anaheim Marriott, as they may be commuting to the conference. To receive the discount, you must be registered at the Anaheim Marriott and provide your confirmation number, or you must have a local zip code. 
 

Roommate Referral
 
APC and NACC have a roommate referral program for the conference for all persons interested in securing roommates. Each roommate is eligible for up to a $159 conference hotel discount on his/her registration using the hotel room reservation number.
 
To participate in our roommate referral program, please e-mail the following information to conference@professionalchaplains.org: Name, gender, arrival and departure dates, home phone, work phone and preferred e-mail contact address. Please include “roommate referral” in the subject line.
