Shared Ride Shuttle Service - Mears Motor Shuttle
Mears has proudly served as the official shuttle concessionaire at Orlando International Airport, serving all of Central Florida and its attractions. More than 70 dedicated, full-time airport staff members provide reliable transportation service to individuals and families traveling to and from Orlando attractions. Depending on the time of transfer and destination, guests utilizing the shared ride service may make more than one stop.
APC has negotiated a discounted round-trip price for conference attendees and their families. The APC price is $34 for per adult, $25 per child (4-11) roundtrip. The advertised full price is $38 per adult, $29 per child (4-11) roundtrip. Discounted rate is valid for transportation June 18, 2019 thru June 24, 2019.
For reservations, please follow the link below. You will need to have your airline information as well as your credit card. When making the reservation, please select HILTON ORLANDO LBV as your drop-off point. The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is the home of the APC conference.
If you prefer to arrange transportation when you arrive at Orlando International Airport (MCO), you may go to the Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counters. Please provide the coupon in order to receive the discounted APC round-trip rate. Please follow all the instructions on the coupon.
